Shipping Policy
Delivery Responsibility
Shipments that have been marked as “Delivered”, are no longer the responsibility of "RAD&RAYVE LLC". If you believe your package was never delivered, delivered incorrectly, lost, or stolen after delivery, please contact the carrier directly or your local law enforcement for further assistance. If a Package arrives damaged, the customer should immediately take photographs of the damaged packaging before opening, as well as any damage to the product inside. This will ensure the ability of the customer to file a claim with the carrier service for damage of goods.
We strive for customer satisfaction! to ensure this, all packages should be inspected immediately upon delivery. The package contents should also be inspected immediately. Please report any issues to Jess@radrayve.com ASAP so that they can be resolved in a timely manner.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly, and the delivery location is secure.
Rad & Rayve is not responsible for lost or incorrectly delivered shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is shipped to an invalid or incorrect address that was entered at checkout, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred and possibly the loss of the product entirely if they are not recovered.
If you believe you’ve entered the wrong address on your order, contact us ASAP at Jess@radrayve.com.
Shipping Exceptions
Rad & Rayve is not responsible for the following:
- Shipping delays caused by the carrier
- Lost shipments, damaged packages, or items marked “delivered”
- International duties or customs charges
- Packages marked as “Attempted Delivery – Item Being Held” (please contact your local carriers office if this status appears)
To file a claim for lost or damaged packages, visit the carrier website directly.
Return Policy
We only offer store credit for returns. We do not provide refunds or exchanges, except in cases of damaged or defective items. Please take photos of the packaging to ensure the items were not damaged from shipping. Notice of damaged or defective items must be reported to Jess@radrayve.com within 48 hours of delivery timestamp
Return Eligibility
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:
- Any issues or concerns must be reported to Jess@radrayve.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Returns must be received by us within 14 days of the delivery date, as marked "delivered" by the carrier.
- Returns received after 14 days may be rejected and sent back to you at your expense.
- A note with your name,email, order number and the reason for the return must be included in the package. Failure to include this will delay processing.
Return Requirements
Items must be returned in new condition. This means they must be unworn, unwashed, free from all scents including smoke, deodorant, perfume, pet and other odors, and without any makeup or other residue present. Tags MUST still be attached by original fasteners. We reserve the right to deny returns for any of the above reasons.
Shoes must be returned in their original box, placed inside protective packaging. Do not attach tape or shipping labels directly to the shoe box. If items are returned in unacceptable condition, a 50% restocking fee may apply.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return:
- jewelry,
- accessories,
- bodysuits,
- undergarments
- clearance or final sale items,
- any item discounted more than 24%,
- and all Black Friday or Cyber Monday deals.
How to Return Items
FIRST: notify us by email at Jess@radrayve.com. include your order number and the reason for your return.
You are responsible for the cost and creation of the return shipping label. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns unless they are marked as “delivered” to us. Include a note with your full name, email address, order number and the reason for your return inside the package.
Ship the item ASAP to ensure delivery within the 14-day return window.

Store Credit
You must create an account to receive store credit.
Guest checkout will not allow us to apply any credit from a return.
Please allow up to 48 hours after we receive your return to process and issue your store credit.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect the package for damage BEFORE unboxing. photo document any damage to the packaging. unbox and inspect your items promptly. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery date. Please email Jess@radrayve.com with photos of the defect and your order number. Items reported after this 48 hour window will not be eligible for return or refund.

Important Notes
Refunds are issued only for items confirmed to be damaged or defective without damage to the shipping package. All other returns will receive store credit. We can only offer exchanges for the same item of a different size, IF the size you request is available. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
