Shipping Policy

Delivery Responsibility

Once a package has been marked as “Delivered”, we are no longer responsible for it. If you believe your package was lost or stolen after delivery, please contact USPS or your local law enforcement for further assistance.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and the location is secure.

Rad & Rayve is not responsible for lost or misdelivered shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is shipped to an invalid or incorrect address that was entered at checkout, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred.

Shipping Exceptions

Rad & Rayve is not responsible for the following:

  • Shipping delays caused by USPS or UPS
  • Lost, damaged, or marked “delivered” items
  • International duties or customs charges
  • Packages marked as “Attempted Delivery – Item Being Held” (please contact your local post office if this status appears)


To file a claim for lost or damaged packages, visit the USPS or UPS website directly.

Return Policy

We only offer store credit for returns. We do not provide refunds or exchanges, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

Return Eligibility

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be received by us within 14 days of the delivery date, as marked "delivered" by the carrier.
  • Returns received after 14 days will be rejected and sent back to you at your expense.
  • A note with your name and the reason for the return must be included in the package. Failure to include this will delay processing.

Return Requirements

Items must be returned in new condition. This means they must be unworn, unwashed, free from all scents including smoke, deodorant, perfume, and pet odors, and without any makeup or other residue. Tags MUST still be attached by original fasteners.

Shoes must be returned in their original box, placed inside protective packaging. Do not attach tape or shipping labels directly to the shoe box. If items are returned in unacceptable condition, a 50% restocking fee may apply.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • jewelry,
  • accessories,
  • bodysuits,
  • undergarments
  • clearance or final sale items,
  • any item discounted more than 25%,
  • and all Black Friday or Cyber Monday deals.

How to Return Items

You are responsible for the cost and creation of the return shipping label. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns unless they are marked as “delivered” to us. Include a note with your full name and the reason for your return inside the package.

Store Credit

You must create an account to receive store credit.
Guest checkout will not allow us to apply any credit from a return.

Please allow up to 48 hours after we receive your return to process and issue your store credit.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please unbox and inspect your items promptly. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 3 days of the delivery date. Please email Jess@radrayve,com or message our Rad & Rayve Facebook Page with photos of the defect and your order number. Items reported after this 3-day window will not be eligible for return or refund.

Important Notes

Refunds are issued only for items confirmed to be damaged or defective. All other returns will receive store credit. We can only offer exchanges for the same item of a different size, IF the size you request is available. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
